Project Overview
An AI agent built for the demonstration business ABC Consulting. It can hold a conversation with a customer, answer business-related questions, and book a consultation while checking real calendar availability.
Problem
Businesses receive routine customer questions and appointment requests that can require someone to manually respond, collect information and manage scheduling.
Solution
I built an AI agent that can understand customer requests, ask follow-up questions when needed, collect relevant details and complete appointment booking through connected tools.
